What is Road-Side Shawarma?
Road-Side Shawarma is a horror Roblox game where you work the night shift at a road-side shawarma stand. You must follow specific rules and serve customers correctly to survive each night. The game features jumpscares, uncomfortable sounds, and mysterious encounters that will test your nerves!
Who created Road-Side Shawarma?
Road-Side Shawarma is a solo project made by @nv1sh with help from contributors: @nv1sh (Game Developer), @danyairwing (Soundtrack and background music), and @trivium.pill (Artwork & Thumbnails).
Is the game suitable for all ages?
The game is rated for Ages 5+ with minimal fear elements (occasional/mild). However, it contains horror elements including jumpscares, uncomfortable sounds, and tense atmosphere. Consider this before playing if you're sensitive to horror content.
Can I play with friends?
Yes! Road-Side Shawarma supports multiplayer with up to 32 players per server. The game is better experienced with friends, and you can create lobbies to play together.
Gameplay Questions
How do I survive each night?
To survive: 1) Listen to the phone guy for rules, 2) Follow rules exactly, 3) Serve customers correctly, 4) Fix lights when they go out, 5) Don't look up at ceiling shadows, 6) Close your eyes when lights flicker and ghosts appear, 7) Remember customer patterns.
What are the different nights?
Night 1: Tutorial night - learn the basics. Night 2: More encounters and rules. Night 3: Complex patterns and multiple threats. Endless Mode: Survive as long as you can with continuous customers.
What happens if I die?
If you die, you can use a revive to continue. Get revives by: redeeming codes, joining the developer's Roblox group (free revive), purchasing the Infinite Revives gamepass, or using the phone save feature (one-time per run).
How do I use the phone save system?
The phone save is a one-time save feature per run. Call the special number the phone guy mentions - he'll ask if you really want to save. Call a second time to confirm and save your current progress. When you die, click 'Revive' to continue from where you saved. Note: This save only lasts for one run and replaces the revive function.
Does reviving in endless mode reset my customer count?
No, using a revive in endless mode does not reset your customer count. Your progress is preserved, which is important for competing on the leaderboard and tracking your personal best.
Why does it show zero customers in endless mode?
The '0 customers' display actually shows how many customers you have survived in endless mode. It's a counter that tracks your survival progress, not an error. The number increases as you successfully serve more customers.
How do the game passes work?
Game passes provide advantages: Infinite Revives (149 Robux) - unlimited free revives, Extra Speed (99 Robux) - faster movement, Show Corrupted Order (149 Robux) - reveals special customer orders, Larger Lobby (169 Robux) - create lobbies with up to 6 people.
Codes & Rewards
How do I redeem codes?
1) Launch Road-Side Shawarma on Roblox, 2) Wait in the lobby, 3) Click the bird icon (Twitter/X icon) on the left side, 4) Enter the code and click Redeem. For current codes, visit our Codes page.
Where can I find new codes?
New codes are released during major game updates, at player milestone celebrations, for special events and holidays, and on the official Discord server.
Why isn't my code working?
Codes are case-sensitive. Make sure you: copy the code exactly as shown, haven't already redeemed it, and are using an active (non-expired) code.
Badges & Achievements
How many badges are there?
There are currently 7 badges: Accepted Application (72.2%), Death (36.4%), First Day (21.8%), Second Day (10.1%), The End? (3.5%), Call of Eighty Seven (0.0%), and Finish Halloween 2025 Event (3.9%).
How do I get the Halloween badge?
The Halloween 2025 Event badge was available during the Halloween event period (October-November 2025). If you missed it, you'll need to wait for the next Halloween event, as event badges are exclusive to their time period.

Is voice chat required?
No, voice chat is optional. The game fully supports voice chat for team coordination, but you can play perfectly fine without it.

When is the next update?

What was the Halloween Event?
The Halloween Event introduced: An exclusive Halloween night with unique monsters, 4 different Halloween-themed encounters, an exclusive badge (available only during the event), and new seasonal content. The event was extended and ran until November 9th, 2025.

What are some survival tips?
1) Pay attention to the phone at night start, 2) Keep your station stocked, 3) React quickly when lights go out, 4) Don't look at ceiling shadows, 5) Remember siblings' swapped orders, 6) Throw meat to meat customer, 7) Use phone save strategically, 8) Practice in lower nights first.
How do I calm down the pumpkins in the Halloween event?
When the pumpkin guy asks you to calm his little pumpkins down, listen carefully to the phone guy's hint. You need to throw lettuces at the pumpkins to calm them. The phone rings with instructions at the start - make sure to pay attention to all the information provided.
I keep dying on Night 2, what should I do?
The key to Night 2 is listening carefully to what the phone guy says at the beginning. His instructions contain all the information you need to survive. Pay close attention to rules about the siblings, the meat trompo warnings, and any special customers that appear.

Easter Eggs & Secrets
How do I get the Call of Eighty Seven badge?
On Night 2, use the phone to call the number 1987. This will unlock the 'Call of Eighty Seven' badge, which is a reference to the famous 'Bite of 87' meme from Five Nights at Freddy's. It's mostly an easter egg and currently one of the rarest badges in the game.
What happens when I call 1304?
Calling 1304 on the phone will play a secret message. This is one of the hidden easter eggs in the game. Try exploring different phone numbers to discover more secrets!
What is the 1-801 number about?
The 1-801 number is intentionally a joke easter egg designed to waste your time - there's nothing actually there! It's the developer's playful way of adding humor to the game. Don't spend too much time searching for it.
Are there other secret phone numbers?
Yes! The game has several secret phone numbers to discover. Some known numbers include: the save system number (mentioned by phone guy), 1304 (secret message), 1987 (Call of 87 badge), and 1-801 (joke). Try experimenting with different number combinations to find more hidden content.
Will the game get more content in the future?
According to the developer nv1sh, there are plans to add an infinity/speedrun gamemode based on player requests, but the main story won't expand significantly. The developer is also working on other projects that may connect to Road-Side Shawarma's story in the future, though these new projects won't be in the horror genre.
